She immediately went to the segment, and had nothing else to say about this fact very strong.
In the housing sales were low or lowest in the last few months, I can say without hesitation, to make headlines and have a few segments about it.The media creates situations that occur because of their sensationalizingtemu. The media knows it will get the attention of their viewers and thereby get sponsors and advertisement.
Sea Island City and the Jersey Shore is currently a lot of properties for sale, and I believe one reason is because people panic over what they hear from the media. Many property owners who would otherwise not be willing to sell are now putting their properties on the market because the media says that the bubble bust, the real estate market is in for bad weather. That the owners have not heard it, the market will be flooded with inventory.
On the flip side, potential customers are listening to the media and / or decide that it's not a good time to buy property, or that there are bargains to be had and comes with a ridiculously low offers on properties. Either scenario results in real estate sales and inventory are not as great.
